So you want to be an Optimizer? Great! We see our people as our biggest asset so we need to know that we're bringing on the right people into the right roles.

The Application Process:

All current openings are advertised on our website as well as on LinkedIn and other online recruitment channels as appropriate for the role.

The application process begins with you completing our "cut to the chase" survey to see if we are on the same wavelength. 

Candidates are then shortlisted and called for first interview.

The Interview Process

The first interview is a casual and informal meeting between you and the deaprtment manager. This is just an ice breaker, so that we can get to know a bit about you. If you seem like a good fit we'll invite you back for a second interview. Note: If our CEO is in town while your interview is being conducted, don't be surprised if he comes in and says hi!

The second interview is between you and the lead recruiter. This is more formal with a series of tests relevant to the position that you are applying for. For technical roles, this stage involves a skill test to make sure you have the mental aptitude as well as technical abilities to survive in our team. You are required to score 100 out of 100 on this test. Typically the test goes for 90 minutes. Be advised that this test has a success rate of less than 2% meaning only 2 out of 100 has ever passed this test. 

If you are invited back for a 3rd interview you'll be introduced to the team and will meet with Manas, our CEO. If you are able to win him over, you’re in.

The Offer Process

If your interview with the CEO is successful you will be contacted and given an employment contract to review and sign. A police background check will be conducted and induction documentation will be provided for you to read prior to your first day.

All Optimizer HQ employees are subject to the Optimizer HQ Employee Benefit Plan, Optimizer HQ Employee Stock Options Plan, and Performance Bonuses as applicable to the position you are applying for.
